Frequently Asked Questions

Q-What insurances do you accept?
A- We accept Tricare, Medicare, and all Blue Cross Blue Shield policies. We are in network with Medcost and AIH. Please call if you have a question regarding your specific insurance.

Q-Do I have to have an appointment?
A- No appointment is necessary. Immediate Care is a walk in clinic.

Q-What doctor is on duty today?
A- We have a team of physicians and physician assistants that work on a rotation; please call if you would like to know which provider is working.

Q-Can you take x-rays?
A- Yes, we do have the ability to take x-rays in our office.

Q- Can I be billed for my office visit?
A- We do not bill for services. Payment in full is expected at the time of service.

Q- Do you accept Medicaid?
A- We only accept Medicaid when it is secondary to another insurance. If your Medicaid card has Carolina Access with a particular physician's name on it we do not accept that card. You will need to see your Carolina Access provider.

Q-Where are you located?
A- Our address is 2604 Medical Office Place which is off of Wayne Memorial Drive. We are located directly across from Wayne Memorial Hospital. The building has a green roof.

Q- What hours are you open?

Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 8:00pm 
Saturday: 8:30am - 5:00pm 
Sunday, Holidays: Noon- 5:00pm
Open for Drug Screens: Monday-Friday 8am.
